The World Is Full Of Idiots.

^^^ my thought for the day
well actually it was my thought of about 8:17 this morning.
my thought currently is that i shouldn't have opened those chocolates, as i now feel very sick and very guilty. ah well. i'll work out tomorrow to burn off all them calories lol.

just a warning. this blog will reflect my mood. and my mood today has ranged from slightly melancholy to feeling sick to my stomach. if you don't appreciate seriousness, or the fact that there are bad things in life, then i suggest you stop reading now.

I honestly don't know why i've been in a bad mood today. I think the pettyness of the majority pissed me off (if pettyness isn't a word, i apologise). I mentioned it to Zainab this morning, everyone seems to take jokes too far, or makes something out of nothing. I include myself in the list by the way, and that just means it pisses me off even more. I'd write this a lot better if my mind wasn't preoccupied with other stuff.

Chemistry was ok, although I did discover that if an experiment involves a polystyrene cup as a calorimeter, then it is destined not to work.

The rest of today's lessons were fine, if a bit endless.
In Physics water was actually gushing out of the ceiling! The plumber's apprentice girl was just stood under it with a bucket lol. and it smelt of chlorine. lovely. and we fucked up our experiment. that makes it two in one day. an impressive effort on my part i think.

I went up to the library after school + printed more vet stuff off, purely because i didn't want to catch the bus home. After it closed i was sat in the entrance talking to Linzi, until Gary kicked us out and made us go wait outside Mr Tweedle's office instead lol.

This is the bit where it gets horrible. I apologise if it sounds a bit too dramatic but i've still got the pictures in my head.

Mum picked us up at about 5 and we took Linzi home. She was showing us pictures of her mum's wedding so we parked on the side of the road. Then i saw something in front of the car. I actually thought it was a carrier bag that was being blown about. It wasn't.
It was a cat that had just been run over. It was throwing itself in the air in the most grotesque way, and we ran out to it. It just kept launching itself in the air + falling back to the ground. That was the most disturbing thing.
Linzi ran to her house to get a towel, and I found one in the boot of the car. Me + mum covered it with the towel + lifted it onto a blanket. There was blood everywhere. It's head. Eyes.
We moved it off the road but it just died.
Then me + Linzi had to go knocking on doors down Union Road to find out who's it was. This one guy answered the door, and we asked him if he knew anyone who had a grey cat with a red collar. I had to tell a complete stranger that his cat had just been killed. He ran out to it and just broke down. He must have been in his late twenties, and he was quite a macho-looking guy.
To see this a guy like him absolutely destraught was awful. He was crying so much and he kept trying to pick the cat up. I had blood all over my hands. He carried his cat home. I keep imagining him being sat at home alone with his poor cat, covered in blood and broken beyond belief.

Whoever left that cat in the road is a complete twat. No apologies for language.

So we got home, and i went round to see Jakii for the first time since Lou (my horse) died last year. And she told me that the stupid fucker of a farmer had sold his two foals for meat.
and that just rounded off the shit day nicely.

I'm sorry for the play-by-play, and the disgustingness, and not being interesting, or cheerful.

But it's me, so get used to it =P

On a happier note, my auntie's taking me out for lunch tomorrow to celebrate my GSCE success. I know it's a bit late lol. I barely see her though, and she's supremely cool, so it should be fun. =]

i promise the next time i post it will be happier =D

p.s. this is an official retraction of my previous post, in which i used Emad's patented 'Listen to?' and also referred to a rubbish song. it shall never happen again.

Also, Sal's ace =] (and pretty!)
