Why Sal, I am rather dissapointed. You couldn’t let me have my moment of glory could you. Just when I finally find something that I am good at, I have to share the top spot with someone. There’s only room for one of us (or an eighth of one of your twins) for the no. 1 place and that’s me.
Yes, I feel the need to blog today because from the last time I blogged I was 16years and 360 days old. But today I am celebrating my happy 17 years and 15 dayth birthday (Well… just to be awkward and because of the fact that I couldn’t be arsed blogging on my actual birthday)
Going back to this Subway special (only available to Sal), he has this HUGE crush on these twins (even though it was them that crushed him last night in bed) but he won’t admit it. He prefers to remain in denial but the 2D shape he has recently taken gives it away. On reply to the abattoir bit on his post yesterday… send me and Saf to the abattoir, we TEMPORARILY (for about 0.000234 seconds) fulfil the twins hunger (tell them to try Shreddies). Send the twins to the abbatoir and we solve Africa’s starvation problem, the noise levels decrease by 2000decibels within the common room, you won’t have to commit bigamy (just because you can’t make your mind up… greed b*****d) and we will no longer take piss out of you (simply because we are considerate towards the widowed). You haven’t considered all your options have you Sal?
Anyway how was my day? Pretty good actually. Sal wasn’t talking to me!! But apart from that I got the result for the trigonometry test today and I didn’t screw it up! Considering minimal revision I any, I got 32/46 which was apparently better than some people in the top set. I feel clever for once. Besides that, not much else happened today. We did an experiment in physics today which basically involved putting marshmallows in a microwave. Fun. And the afternoon consisted of a whole load of frees where me and Saf ‘worked’ for a while and then Saf noticed something wasn’t right . I started getting all agitated, tetchy and was finding it hard to concentrate as my blood sugar levels had deteriorated which only meant we had to do one thing. Go down to town and buy our emergency glucose intake.
Despite the ‘fun’ I’ve had today it’s been a crap start to the week after the holiday; well it wasn’t a holiday for me really. I hard work experience last week at Dewsbury district hospital. That would have been boring too if hadn’t been for me breaking all the rules that had been set out for us students. Watched all sorts of clinical practices that I wasn’t suppose to and also read through all the patient notes as well as following the consultant round on the ward with a hoard of doctors interrogating all the patients. And for the benefit of the blog: I did not kill anyone. What? Don’t look at me like that. *Looks shifty* (And again it’s the whole dodgy looks thing)
Oh and I’m doing the Open University course in medicine molecules and drugs. It seems pretty easy actually. It’s everything that we’re doing in chemistry at the moment. I also found out more about the peer mentoring thing today but that I shall save for later as I feel that I have written enough for today and made up for all them days I have missed blogging. I know. We’re worse than Saf. I shall try to be more efficient and blog more often.
I bid you goodbye.

LOL!
I don't think I can possibly say LOL enough times. I honestly am in stitches. That has to be the funniest blog post I have read in a while!!!
I'm printing it out and bringing it to school tomorrow. That was ace.
Kudos to you Zainab.
And the Open University Course is... well... taking place in Greggs and WoolWorths? Hehe. It's such a good escape place...
We're never gonna actually spend the required amount of hours on the Open University Course are we? Oh well...
And WELL DONE on the Trig test! just goes to show that you don't really HAVE to listen and keeep scribbling away in Maths... Hehe
:)
I agree: your ideas for the good uses that the Twins could be put to are deserved of the Nobel Peace Prize. Well done Zainab. You have now solved world hunger (and admittedly made Africans into cannibals, but this is a technicality).
:)
